Medal takes the form of the iorn cross with oak leaf blazes in the arms of the cross. Teh cross reads mit gott fur kaiser u. Reich (with god for emperor and empire) and shows the imperial eagle in the center stars accompany the words on the arms of the cross. On the reverse anchors accompany the wors of the cross and cross swors are on the uper arm. This side reads fur konig und vaterland for king and fatherland. And shops hte prussian crown in the center. This is a terrific piece.
